The Platform is not offered to, and is not directed at, residents of India or any other Restricted Jurisdiction (see Clause 4). Under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) and applicable RBI regulations, residents of India are restricted from trading foreign exchange and CFD products with offshore brokers and from dealing with entities not authorised in India. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are not a resident of India or any other Restricted Jurisdiction.

• "Incentive" — a cash amount we credit to eligible users, derived from commissions we receive from partner brokers based on the user's trading activity.
• "Partner Broker" — an independent third-party broker with whom we have an introducing-broker arrangement.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country listed in Clause 4 or otherwise restricted under applicable law.

You may use the Platform only if you:

• are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• are not a resident of India or any other Restricted Jurisdiction, and are not using the Platform on behalf of such a resident; and
• provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to, or is used on behalf of, a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.

The Platform is not available to residents of India (FEMA/RBI restrictions on offshore forex and CFD trading), the United States, and any other jurisdiction where use of the Platform or trading with our Partner Brokers is prohibited, or where our Partner Brokers do not accept clients. We may update this list at any time.

Tradecentive operates as an Introducing Broker (IB) and incentive provider. We are not a broker, exchange, financial institution, or investment adviser. We do not hold your funds, execute or manage trades, provide market access, or guarantee any trading outcome. All trading is conducted directly between you and your chosen Partner Broker, under that broker's own terms.

You must register using your exact legal name as used on your Partner Broker account. Incentives are matched to your trades using this name. A mismatch may result in incentives not being credited, and we are not liable for incentives lost due to inaccurate or incomplete information you provide. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• 7.1 Incentives are calculated from trading-activity data reported by Partner Brokers and credited to your dashboard.
• 7.2 Incentive rates and eligibility are set at our discretion and by our agreements with Partner Brokers, and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• 7.3 We do not guarantee any specific incentive amount.
• 7.4 Incentives may be withheld, adjusted, or reversed in cases of fraud, abuse, arbitrage, chargebacks, duplicate or fake accounts, or where the related broker commission is not received or is reversed.

• 8.1 Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold displayed at withdrawal and may be processed via the methods offered at that time.
• 8.2 Payouts may be delayed or declined pending verification, or where related broker commissions have not been received or have been reversed.
• 8.3 You are responsible for providing correct payout details; we are not liable for losses caused by details you provide incorrectly.

You are solely responsible for complying with the laws, tax obligations, and foreign-exchange regulations of your country of residence (including FEMA where relevant). You represent that your use of the Platform and any trading with Partner Brokers does not violate any law applicable to you.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or circumvent geographic restrictions; (b) provide false information or impersonate another person; (c) create multiple or fake accounts to obtain incentives; (d) engage in fraud, money laundering, or abusive arbitrage; or (e) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

We do not control and are not responsible for the services, terms, regulatory status, or conduct of any Partner Broker. Your relationship with a Partner Broker is governed solely by that broker's own agreement with you.

All content, branding, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any trading losses, Partner Broker actions, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total incentives credited to you in the [three] months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, including where we suspect a breach of these Terms or use from a Restricted Jurisdiction. Unpaid incentives associated with fraudulent or non-compliant activity may be forfeited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — to be set with your lawyer], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
